Refund and Cancellation Policy

We, at AM Distributors follows a replacement-first policy to ensure fair resolution of genuine claims.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Returns and Replacements

Returns are accepted only for products received in damaged condition.

To be eligible for a replacement, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

  1. The customer must record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the delivered package, showing the sealed box and the damaged product.
  2. The return or replacement request must be raised within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  3. Requests raised after 14 days will be strictly rejected.

Upon successful verification, the damaged product will be replaced with the same item. Refunds will be processed only if replacement is not feasible, at the sole discretion of AM Distributors.

Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, installation errors, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement.

AM Distributors reserves the right to accept or reject any claim based on verification results.
