We, at AM Distributors<\/strong> follows a replacement-first policy<\/strong> to ensure fair resolution of genuine claims.<\/p>\n

Order Cancellation<\/h3>\n

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

Returns and Replacements<\/h3>\n

Returns are accepted only for products received in damaged condition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for a replacement, all<\/strong> of the following conditions must be satisfied:<\/p>\n

  1. The customer must record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the delivered package<\/strong>, showing the sealed box and the damaged product.<\/li>\n
  2. The return or replacement request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Requests raised after 7 days will be strictly rejected<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Upon successful verification, the damaged product will be replaced with the same item<\/strong>. Refunds will be processed only if replacement is not feasible<\/strong>, at the sole discretion of AM Distributors.<\/p>\n

    Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, installation errors, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement.<\/p>\n

    AM Distributors reserves the right to accept or reject any claim based on verification results.<\/p>\n
